All the vitamins I need prepackaged. So convenient.

Came in large box. Not good for storing and individul packets. Akward storing and packaging.

I have been taking these vitamins for years. I like how they have the additional items for diabetics like magnesium, fish oil, magnesium, chromium, alpha lipoic acid and vitamin C all of which are good for diabetics. They have helped me to keep my A1C down.

This worked better for me when taken with evening meal. Brought morning sugar levels down within normal range. The individual packets are so convenient. I can just throw one in my purse when dinning out. Very disappointed no longer available in store.
