Felt great the first week to week and a half and then it was constant bloating and constipation. Used all 30 capsule but when I switched back to my normal probiotics my body went back to normal.

Typically I am very skeptical to try new things, but I've heard so much about probiotics that I figure let me give it a try. I have been on the Phillips' Colon Health Probiotic for almost a week, and I can see a difference, and see why so many people rave about probiotics. Definitely has helped me become more regular, and that feels great to my digestive system. I will definitely recommend this probiotics for anyone who has issues with their digestive system.

Maybe, it made me a little more “regular,” but, other than that, I didn’t notice any drastic changes or help with bloating. I likely won’t repurchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently started taking Phillips' Colon Health Probiotic Capsules and while I have not been a consistent a I'd like I have noticed some changes fairly quickly like increased regularity and hopefully more benefits to come.

The product with "Metabolism Support" is the best probiotic is the most effective one I have ever used in years of trying to find relief. I can't speak for the other line of products by Phillips but the one that has the extra label info 'with Metabolism Support' is a superior product.

I had CDIFF about 8 months ago and I used Florastar twice a day once I was diagnosed and after taking Vancomycin along with the Florastar for 6weeks and taking one a day for another three months totally reset my stomach! I used to have diarrhea everyday all day and this cures that. It also helped to cure a cold virus for me! My energy level is up. I don’t feel weighed down or always tired. This probiotic has changed my life!
