I was taking a different well known (ridiculously expensive) probiotic that just wasn’t working at all. I was constantly constipated and had a gas build up that was quite uncomfortable. I started taking Phillips Colon Health about a week ago and the results have been amazing. It took about a week for my system to adjust but I’m going every day now, very full, healthy bm’s WITHOUT having to take laxatives, stool softeners and fiber supplements. And I’m actually passing gas with ease which was weird at first but I realize now that’s normal and how it’s supposed to be. I’m very pleased with the effectiveness and cost of this product. Definitely recommend!

I would notice that my tummy would rumble a bit more. but no real change that I saw after taking it for a week. I will co ntinue to take these. I am sure they are good for you. But they are really only good if the enzymes alive and there is not a home way to test that. you would have to send the pills to a lab.

So I’ve recently developed a sensitivity to certain food and have an unusual system issue going on. These are definitely helpful and prevent me from getting to the point where I get serious pain from my issues. They are a little pricey but you get a decent amount of them.
