There isn’t a day that goes by that I don’t take my Phillips' Colon Health Probiotic Capsules. I suffer from severe IBS-C and used to experience the most painful gut cramping. I have been a loyal customer for several years of the colon health probiotic, previous formula. Unfortunately the formula has been update with much less effect. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that these are 4-1. It makes taking care of your insides a little easier. I saw a difference after just a few days. I wasn’t as bloated, i didn’t have that pains or tight feeling stomach. And i felt all around better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It takes a couple day to get you there but with regular doses and making sure that you are taking enough water it maintains you. I started off in a bad state, I was uncomfortable for about 2 days but then it kicked in. This is not a get better fast thing and it doesn't claim to be. this is a maintenance product.

I've used this Phillips Colon Health for years with great results. There were 3 simple ingredients in addition to the bacteria. However now the company has changed the ingredients. I have extreme food allergies and have to be extremely careful with what I eat. I am not sure if I can consume these new ingredients or not. I was so happy finding Phillips because they were the only company that I could find that I had no worries about the ingredients. I am not eager to suddenly have to take a chance on new substances that may or may not harm me. I have recommended this product in the past but cannot do so now.
