I took 1 a day everyday and I didnt have any problems. The capsule are average size.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was super happy to receive this 4-in-1 colon health product from Phillips as a friend of mine has been hyping up Probiotics lately, but sadly I haven't noticed any real difference. I do like that the capsules are small, easy to swallow, and leave no aftertaste.... maybe I just need to take them for a longer period of time to notice a change? For the price point they are definitely worth a shot, especially if you just have mild digestive issues. Every body is different, but these didn't really do much for me. I will not purchase again.

I did notice it helped a lot with constipation but it is not a laxative nor having that laxative effect — a great plus if u ask me. However, I haven’t seen an effect with the bloating yet. I will keep using this product to see whether there are any long term advantages.

Some positives right from the start on this product is the fact that it’s considered a Clean product, Cruelty Free, and is also free of dyes & artificial sweeteners. I also appreciated the size of the pills because I tend to have a hard time with swallowing larger ones. The probiotic is also a great way to be proactive about your gut health, which plays a significant role in your overall health. I felt that the probiotic did help with regulation and energy, too. This is a product that I’ll continue to take because it truly is a good supplement for anyone to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

I wanted to wait until I had taken this consistently to write a review if this product. After 3 weeks, I can honestly say I feel… the same. I have not noticed any changes while taking this probiotic. It could need more time to take an effect or maybe it’s helping on a small scale.

I was very curious to see if there would be any additional benefits adding this product to my existing regimen as some of the particular cultures are different. Comparatively, the Colon Health had many fewer active cultures. My existing product has 25 billion. Overall, I did not notice any appreciable benefits upon adding Colon Health to my daily regimen. While it may be beneficial for those not currently on a probiotic product, I don't know how beneficial others already on a probiotic product would find it.
