I was taking a different well known (ridiculously expensive) probiotic that just wasn’t working at all. I was constantly constipated and had a gas build up that was quite uncomfortable. I started taking Phillips Colon Health about a week ago and the results have been amazing. It took about a week for my system to adjust but I’m going every day now, very full, healthy bm’s WITHOUT having to take laxatives, stool softeners and fiber supplements. And I’m actually passing gas with ease which was weird at first but I realize now that’s normal and how it’s supposed to be. I’m very pleased with the effectiveness and cost of this product. Definitely recommend!

Only 1 capsule per day and I get multiple types of probiotics. My stomach is back on track. The pills are really small and totally easy to swallow. They don’t upset my stomach. Bonus…the bottle is glass and not plastic!! My cat was very curious so she photobombed my pics of the capsules.

In the time that I used these, taken once a day, I noticed greatly improved function concerning my overall health. I had some increased energy, less stomach pain, (I don't have anything major but I do get chronic GI issues) and an overall feeling of wellness even just a week after I took this.
