So first off, I never ever spend time writing reviews so sorry if it's a bit of a read, but I was recommended a probiotic by my doctor after being a long, and I mean long, time sufferer of chronic severe constipation and if there is anyone who was or is experiencing what I've gone through for as long as I have (10 years btw) then I want to make this review in hopes to help someone else. So just so you have an idea I was highly dependant on any type of laxative I could get my hands on or was prescribed. even Sometimes I couldn't even go after taking a laxative, it was just that bad. I had the worst case of constipation that a person could have without hospitalization. I would push and strain and go days without even a small BM and when I did have them, they were so hard and painful and come out like pellets. I was getting really desperate and in the ER constantly and the pain I had from it was not fun, my stomach would literally pulsate. After my visit to my primary and recommendation of a daily probiotic, I was skeptic to say the least, I looked into a few kinds and came across this one with decent reviews and decided ok fine I'll give it a try and I did not expect to see even the slightest improvement but seriously I have a bowel movement every day now and multiple times a day and they aren't rock solid and painful. My stomach has felt the most normal it has in a very very long time and I just could not believe it. This tiny little pill has been a lifesaver. So if you're a skeptic like me, just give it a try, maybe it'll help you too.

I usually drink my probiotics but taking them in pill form is a lot more convenient. Definitely recommended and will be repurchasing.

I started off in a bad state, I was uncomfortable for about 2 days but then it kicked in. This is not a get better fast thing and it doesn't claim to be. this is a maintenance product.

I believe in cultivating a healthy intestinal tract. As a person who does a great deal of traveling, it is often hard to control my lifestyle, eating habits, and environment. They are small, don’t have a stong odor, and don’t need to be refrigerated, which makes them easy to swallow and convenient to take with me on-the-go. I've been taking it for a little over a week and would say that I'm definitely less bloated than before. Never had any problems with going to the bathroom, so not sure if the pills would help with that as well. Overall, it's a good probiotic.

I have been a loyal customer for several years of the colon health probiotic, previous formula. Unfortunately the formula has been update with much less effect. I would love to see the formula returned to its original effectiveness as many other customers have communicated. Thank you for the consideration.
