I actually have purchase these in the past and love them they work so well and really helps me . I was out of town and had some issues with irregularity. I needed to be in top form physically as I was with other people camping, hiking and cycling. I had CDIFF about 8 months ago and I used Florastar twice a day once I was diagnosed and after taking Vancomycin along with the Florastar for 6weeks and taking one a day for another three months totally reset my stomach!
