This product works well for me. My complaint is the details mentioned while embossed on the package are readable. They disappear into the packaging. Even tilting the box to see, let alone read the details didn't resolve the problem. Can you emboss the details in a different color, making them legible to the consumer so we can see what we're getting. I had to wait until I returned home before I could read the information.

I do feel like I noticed a difference in my digestion, less bloating, and an overall feeling of better “health”. I did receive these as a complimentary sample for reviewing purposes. While I haven’t been taking them for a super long time, I have been consistently taking 1/day for about two weeks and have noticed mild positive results. I will continue taking them daily for the next two weeks and re-evaluate efficacy to determine if I will continue to use the probiotic supplements long term.
