I started taking it and within a Day or two I noticed a change. It was very effective in getting out my gas and stomachs promblems a lot. I would differently be buying this product in the future. I must try if you have a lot of gut problems

I've been taking it for a little over a week and would say that I'm definitely less bloated than before. Never had any problems with going to the bathroom, so not sure if the pills would help with that as well. Overall, it's a good probiotic.

I tried this at a time I was having bad constipation for a long time, and very quickly after starting to take one of these a day I started going much better with much less forcing and very little constipation. I now take one of these every day and to me its improved my insides greatly!!!!!
