I would have never thought of buying this for myself. I have done the yogurts but never thought of taking a supplement to attack my constant bloat and occasional gas. The only downfall is that you have to take it with food and I have forgotten to take it because of that reason.

I took 1 a day everyday and I didnt have any problems. The capsule are average size.

Ive been taking these daily since they've arrived, and I'm more than happy to report I'm feeling better despite the fact I still don't eat well or sleep much and my diet is much of a disappointment, I'm more regular for sure. 5 stars here, baby. 5 stars.

The older I’ve gotten (and I’m not even 50 yet) the more irregular my bowel movements have become. Food that never bothered me before I now have to avoid. I found myself too often turning to laxatives after miserable days of not going. This does not work well with a busy teacher’s schedule. Three weeks ago I bought this product, and the change has been amazing. I am able to go everyday naturally without the painful cramps that laxatives bring. Thank you!!
