While I haven't seen a huge difference while taking these probiotics, I can say they have helped me on those days when I don't get as many vegetables as I should. I'm sure with the proper diet these are a huge aid in helping with digestion.

My Stop & Shop advertised Phillips Colon Health and I decided to give it a try. I have irritable bowel syndrome & this worked well. I am impressed! I have tried other probiotics in the past, but like this one because it did not need to be refrigerated (I travel overseas & this is very convenient).

Also helped with my immune system to where I did not get sick. I was the only one taking this and did not get sick in my family.

The capsule is surprisingly small which allowed me to swallow it with ease. I love the benefits of the product and it seemed to help keep me regular as well.

I happened to also use this at a time where I was more strictly monitoring my diet with less dairy, less gluten and less spicy foods. Overall it seemed to be a nice addition.
