I bought this about 2 weeks ago in a bottle of 30 & i am really noticed that i go more frequent and feel ALOT better. Although the first 3 days i was very gassy & cramped a little i think it was just my body regulating it's self since i have had these problems since i was 12 & I am 26! I was always paying for antacids, gas relief, stuff for bloating, stool softeners, & then anti diarrhea medication & now im saving with this & in hopes to continue use!

These seemed just fine for me, which is nice! I'd probably keep taking them, and will keep an eye out for them next time I'm through the pharmacy.

Can no longer use this product. The change in formula from 3 simple ingredients to 6 ingredients which include magnesium stearate ruled this product no longer safe for me. I have allergies to coconut and palm. This products "new formula" now includes magnesium stearate which is typically coconut derived. Magnesium stearate causes me cramping and diarrhea. So sad that I can no longer use the product to help with my digestive issues.

In the time that I used these, taken once a day, I noticed greatly improved function concerning my overall health. I had some increased energy, less stomach pain, (I don't have anything major but I do get chronic GI issues) and an overall feeling of wellness even just a week after I took this. Highly recommend giving this a try!

I think some people can have some sensitivity so use some caution. I will give them another try in a week or so. They are affordable from whqt I have seen. The capsules are small and easy to swallow.

The capsule is surprisingly small which allowed me to swallow it with ease. I love the benefits of the product and it seemed to help keep me regular as well.

I would have never thought of buying this for myself. I have done the yogurts but never thought of taking a supplement to attack my constant bloat and occasional gas. The only downfall is that you have to take it with food and I have forgotten to take it because of that reason.

I've always had digestion/bowel issues. If I don't take a probiotic and eat plenty of vegetables, I am constipated. Taking these probiotics have helped me, especially on those days when I don't get as many vegetables as I should, so I am still able to have a bm regularly.
