I loved having a daily probiotic that took the problems down before there were symptoms. The first day and a half there was kind of a mass clear out and gas release. Once the initial adjustments were made all was good. I will be picking up a nw bottle as soon as this runs out. This is now part of my daily routine. Ten out of ten.

Although, when I missed a day taking it I had really awful stomach problems. Not sure if that is connected or a coincidence. Still going to give it a full shot and hope it helps!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this a few weeks ago and have used it daily. It really does do what it claims. I have a yucky stomach and rarely go number 2 solid. After trying Phillips colon health my poo has been solid and I go less often. I absolutely love it and will definitely be buying it in the future as part of my daily regimine.

I've used this Phillips Colon Health for years with great results. There were 3 simple ingredients in addition to the bacteria. However now the company has changed the ingredients. I have extreme food allergies and have to be extremely careful with what I eat. I am not sure if I can consume these new ingredients or not. I was so happy finding Phillips because they were the only company that I could find that I had no worries about the ingredients. I am not eager to suddenly have to take a chance on new substances that may or may not harm me. I have recommended this product in the past but cannot do so now.

I tried this at a time I was having bad constipation for a long time, and very quickly after starting to take one of these a day I started going much better with much less forcing and very little constipation. I now take one of these every day and to me its improved my insides greatly!!!!!
