Excellent probiotic I have been very pleased with this probiotic! I have been using a different probiotic for about 2 years and was willing to try this one by Phillips. I was gassy for the first couple of days, so I was not sure that I would continue using it . I guess that I just needed to get use to it since no problems now - I am now very happy with it and intend to continue using it, even after the 30 days.

I bought this about 2 weeks ago in a bottle of 30 & i am really noticed that i go more frequent and feel ALOT better. Although the first 3 days i was very gassy & cramped a little i think it was just my body regulating it's self since i have had these problems since i was 12 & I am 26! I was always paying for antacids, gas relief, stuff for bloating, stool softeners, & then anti diarrhea medication & now im saving with this & in hopes to continue use!

The Phillips Colon Health probiotic's are easy to swallow capsules that only need to be taken once a day and they do not have to be stored in the refrigerator. Some positives right from the start on this product is the fact that it’s considered a Clean product, Cruelty Free, and is also free of dyes & artificial sweeteners. I also appreciated the size of the pills because I tend to have a hard time with swallowing larger ones. The probiotic is also a great way to be proactive about your gut health, which plays a significant role in your overall health. I felt that the probiotic did help with regulation and energy, too.
