I started taking it and within a Day or two I noticed a change. It was very effective in getting out my gas and stomachs promblems a lot. I would differently be buying this product in the future. I must try if you have a lot of gut problems

So first off, I never ever spend time writing reviews so sorry if it's a bit of a read, but I was recommended a probiotic by my doctor after being a long, and I mean long, time sufferer of chronic severe constipation and if there is anyone who was or is experiencing what I've gone through for as long as I have (10 years btw) then I want to make this review in hopes to help someone else. So just so you have an idea I was highly dependant on any type of laxative I could get my hands on or was prescribed. even Sometimes I couldn't even go after taking a laxative, it was just that bad. I had the worst case of constipation that a person could have without hospitalization. I would push and strain and go days without even a small BM and when I did have them, they were so hard and painful and come out like pellets. I was getting really desperate and in the ER constantly and the pain I had from it was not fun, my stomach would literally pulsate. After my visit to my primary and recommendation of a daily probiotic, I was skeptic to say the least, I looked into a few kinds and came across this one with decent reviews and decided ok fine I'll give it a try and I did not expect to see even the slightest improvement but seriously I have a bowel movement every day now and multiple times a day and they aren't rock solid and painful. My stomach has felt the most normal it has in a very very long time and I just could not believe it. This tiny little pill has been a lifesaver. So if you're a skeptic like me, just give it a try, maybe it'll help you too.

I was taking a different well known (ridiculously expensive) probiotic that just wasn’t working at all. I was constantly constipated and had a gas build up that was quite uncomfortable. I started taking Phillips Colon Health about a week ago and the results have been amazing. It took about a week for my system to adjust but I’m going every day now, very full, healthy bm’s WITHOUT having to take laxatives, stool softeners and fiber supplements. And I’m actually passing gas with ease which was weird at first but I realize now that’s normal and how it’s supposed to be. I’m very pleased with the effectiveness and cost of this product. Definitely recommend!

And I didn’t notice any improvement in my symptoms whatsoever. I’m not surprised. With what I know about probiotics, this doesn’t seem to be a product that was designed to preserve the bacteria and release at the correct part of the digestive system to be effective.

Lately waking up the next morning, I feel bloated and don’t feel like my food digested from the night before. I really wanted to like this but didn’t help me as much sadly to say. It was worth a shot. Probiotics are a good daily supplement. My body said “No”.

I bought this about 2 weeks ago in a bottle of 30 & i am really noticed that i go more frequent and feel ALOT better. Although the first 3 days i was very gassy & cramped a little i think it was just my body regulating it's self since i have had these problems since i was 12 & I am 26! I was always paying for antacids, gas relief, stuff for bloating, stool softeners, & then anti diarrhea medication & now im saving with this & in hopes to continue use!
