I would have never thought of buying this for myself. I have done the yogurts but never thought of taking a supplement to attack my constant bloat and occasional gas. The only downfall is that you have to take it with food and I have forgotten to take it because of that reason.

I appreciated the easy to read labels and directions. I have tried several prebiotic before, and didn't always have the best response to them. Capsules are easy to swallow, small and tasteless. I have bee. Taking these daily for 2 weeks and I can totally notice a difference. I feel totally and completely "regular" while using this product. Pricing is good. Easy to find in any super market. The product with "Metabolism Support" is the best probiotic is the most effective one I have ever used in years of trying to find relief. I can't speak for the other line of products by Phillips but the one that has the extra label info 'with Metabolism Support' is a superior product.

I have been having problems going to the bathroom for about 2 years now and I bought the phillips capsules about a week ago and they are already working. My stomache doesnt hurt any more and I finally dont have to take a stool softener or a laxative. It is amazing!!

My gut has been out of whack since I had my gallbladder removed 8 years ago, so I need all the help I can get. I was not impressed with this brand, and will not be taking it again. It made my whole digestive tract upset for the entire first week. Not to give you TMI, but it was painful and involved many extra trips to the bathroom.

However, I took these for a little over a week. I did not see much of a difference, but as I couldn’t take them for that long and my issues may not be related to probiotics, I can’t really say. I will definitely try them again in the future if probiotics are recommended to me.

I have used other brands and feel like I sometimes cannot even tell I've taken anything. Phillips Colon Health Daily Probiotic 4-in-1 really does target Gas, bloating, constipation, and diarrhea. I take medication that really messes up my stomach and these have made me feel better. I was just commenting to my hubby how normal and good my stomach feels. I assume it's these bc I haven't changed anything else. So, thanks Phillips and Influenster!! I will definitely be purchasing these monthly!!

I was out of town and had some issues with irregularity. I needed to be in top form physically as I was with other people camping, hiking and cycling. I was fortunate enough to find this product in the grocery store of all places. It’s gentle and much more effective than taking a harsh laxative. It also restores the good bacteria in the gut which contributes to overall improved digestion and wellness. Highly recommend this product for effectiveness, price, easy to swallow and does not need to be refrigerated.
