I've been more regular and have had much less bloating. I am not sure if it is related or not but I've also had more energy throughout the day.

They’re smaller than the probiotic supplements I typically take, which is a positive. I think they worked about the same as other brands I’ve used and are slightly cheaper. I would purchase these in the future.

I appreciated the easy to read labels and directions. I have tried several prebiotic before, and didn't always have the best response to them. Capsules are easy to swallow, small and tasteless. I have bee. Taking these daily for 2 weeks and I can totally notice a difference. I feel totally and completely "regular" while using this product. Pricing is good. Easy to find in any super market. I started off in a bad state, I was uncomfortable for about 2 days but then it kicked in. This is not a get better fast thing and it doesn't claim to be. this is a maintenance product.
