Maybe I should wait longer to review but am excited to share that I have a very fidgety system and this product totally agreed with me. I have had zero bloat. Constipation has always been an issue for me but since I have been taking Phillips Colon Health Probiotic I have less constipation. I would highly recommend this product. I will continue using this product.

I started seeing a difference after a few days. I definitely had less bloating & gas, along with better digestion. I would recommend it for those who are new to taking probiotics, especially since it's 1 pill a day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been taking probiotics from various manufacturers in various culture configurations and quantities for years. I was very curious to see if there would be any additional benefits adding this product to my existing regimen as some of the particular cultures are different. Comparatively, the Colon Health had many fewer active cultures. My existing product has 25 billion. Overall, I did not notice any appreciable benefits upon adding Colon Health to my daily regimen. While it may be beneficial for those not currently on a probiotic product, I don't know how beneficial others already on a probiotic product would find it.

While I haven't seen a huge difference while taking these probiotics, I can say they have helped me on those days when I don't get as many vegetables as I should. I'm sure with the proper diet these are a huge aid in helping with digestion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was sent Phillips Colon Health Probotic to try in exchange for my hinest review. First I must say that as a diabetic I really appreciate that these are not a gummy with added sugar! I was glad to see that they were a capsule that I could take without affecting my sugar unlike other brands. I regularly have issues with my gut such as bloating, constipation and so on. After taking these for a few days I began to notice that all of that was improving. I feel like I am healthier in general. The bloating is gone!
