[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really excited to try this as I am both lactose intolerant and have a very sensitive gut that responds negatively to stress. I am either constipated or have diarrhea nearly everyday. I know probiotics promise a lot, but I never tried them due to the price. The price for this bottle is extremely reasonable, and the results make it a very good value. The capsule is also very small and flavorless which is a huge plus compared to a lot of supplements that are hard to swallow or taste bad. Within two days I had noticed a difference, and by the end of the week my gut had changed completely. Instead of feeling bloated and going several times a day, I now only go once, but it’s much more productive and the bloat is gone! I can’t wait to keep taking these and continue noticing the benefits. I highly recommend them to anyone struggling with IBS or other GI issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this product for about three weeks now and can honestly say that I no longer get that nervous bubbly feeling in my gut when I’m stressing. I tend to lose my appetite when I’m stressed but I don’t see any change there, not that this claims to help that but I was hoping it would. I do think this eases trapped air and helps you to pass but only time will tell if this really is what’s helping that or if it’s just me getting better at managing stress and avoiding dairy (lactose intolerant). I may not purchase when I run out and see if there’s any change and if this really makes a difference. Four stars for now and I’ll update if I feel a change after I run out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased a new brand of women's pro/prebiotics and within approximately 4-5 days, I began having horrible pains in my left lower back and left abdomen. I began having a lot of gas and it was getting more difficult to pass. I stopped using that product and began using Phillips' Colon Health. Within the first day of using this probiotic, I started to feel better. Not 100%, but definitely better than how the other brand made me feel. Within the second day, the bloating was gone and the gas wasn't as much. This product is definitely a lifesaver for me.

I bought this about 2 weeks ago in a bottle of 30 & i am really noticed that i go more frequent and feel ALOT better. Although the first 3 days i was very gassy & cramped a little i think it was just my body regulating it's self since i have had these problems since i was 12 & I am 26! I was always paying for antacids, gas relief, stuff for bloating, stool softeners, & then anti diarrhea medication & now im saving with this & in hopes to continue use!

This product or should I say probiotic has saved my life! After becoming very sickly last year, I was placed on tons of antibiotics which did a number on my digestive system; constant bloating to the point where it felt like I could not breathe, other digestive issues as well as Doctor’s being so clueless to what was going on , I decided to be my own advocate and research what could help improve my digestive system, immunity and even mental health, I find out the Phillips had one of the best probiotic supplements, so I tried it and I’m so happy to report, within a day of taking this probiotic, I stated feeling back to myself again! Something I truly believe I never feel again! Thank you Phillips for saving my life!!!

Please note that most of these reviews are years old. They have recently changed the formula. It is nothing like the old one. My Gastro doctor recommended Phillips probiotics for me to support my general gut health after months of intestinal distress. I took one bottle of the old formula and was very pleased with the results. I started on second bottle and experienced a gradual decline in effectiveness. That’s when I noticed the words “New Formula” on the box. If you liked the original formula, don’t try the new one. It’s not the same product at all.

The capsule size was small and very easy to swallow. I could tell that it helped with my bloating from the start. I didn't have any bad side effects, and I definitely could tell the positive difference with taking this pill once a day. This was very beneficial for my gut health, and I will continue to take this probiotic in the future.
