Within the first 3 days of taking one of these every morning I noticed results. I was less bloated overall and went to the bathroom more frequently then I have in the last couple of months. I wanted to wait until I had taken this consistently to write a review if this product. After 3 weeks, I can honestly say I feel… the same. I have not noticed any changes while taking this probiotic. It could need more time to take an effect or maybe it’s helping on a small scale.

I have been using this product for several years after dealing with irregular bowels, bloating, and nausea. I had several appointments with physicians and tests, but no diagnosis. I have tried other probiotics before with little to no effect noted. I came across this in our local grocery store and have been taking it for YEARS. I will say it definitely does work extremely well. I feel so much better and healthier. I have tried several other brands without the same results as I get from Phillips. They are really easy to swallow.It also gives me a piece of mind know that it works.

I started taking Phillips Colon Health after my Gastroenterologist recommended this specific brand. He personally used product and found them to be effective especially after using an antibiotic. I started taking them once a day after being treated for C. Diff colitis. The "old" formula was great at reestablishing my healthy gut flora. This "new" formula has caused severe cramping and diarrhea since starting it. I took a holiday from using it thinking I had gotten food poisoning or virus. When I restarted it my cramping and diarrhea came back. Why, oh why, did you change a formula that worked so well?

This product or should I say probiotic has saved my life!
