Within the first 3 days of taking one of these every morning I noticed results. I was less bloated overall and went to the bathroom more frequently then I have in the last couple of months. However, I took these for a little over a week. I did not see much of a difference, but as I couldn’t take them for that long and my issues may not be related to probiotics, I can’t really say.
