I have been using this product for several years after dealing with irregular bowels, bloating, and nausea. I had several appointments with physicians and tests, but no diagnosis. I have tried other probiotics before with little to no effect noted. I came across this in our local grocery store and have been taking it for YEARS. I love this little pill and how much better I feel taking it. I work with surgical patients who deal with bowel irregularities and excessive antibiotic use. I do feel like I noticed a difference in my digestion, less bloating, and an overall feeling of better “health”. I have been a loyal customer for several years of the colon health probiotic, previous formula. Unfortunately the formula has been update with much less effect. I stopped taking that to try this. And I liked that it was small, easy to swallow, no aftertaste, and did not have to be refrigerated. I believe it would work fine for most people but I experienced extreme bloating during the transition from my usual product to this. It eventually went a way after about a week. I’d recommend this if you aren’t already taking a product that works for your body.
