[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been taking these supplements daily for almost a month now and really haven't noticed a much of a difference. My "movements" have been the same and can't really say they've helped or hindered. Maybe a slight reduction in passing gas? Otherwise, the packaging is attractive and descriptive and the pills are easy to swallow and easy to add to a daily routine if needed.

I was suffering from chronic constipation for the better part of 20 years, started taking the older formula back in Aug 2022 and have not been constipated since. Reordered and was sent "New Formula" and now I have been miserable with gas, cramping and bloating for the past 4 days...not understanding why you changed a good product.

The product with "Metabolism Support" is the best probiotic is the most effective one I have ever used in years of trying to find relief. I can't speak for the other line of products by Phillips but the one that has the extra label info 'with Metabolism Support' is a superior product.

I've tried pills, drinks, natural products, but with this I noticed a difference after a few days. I would recommend and I will be purchasing them once I run out. I'm planning on adding them to my supplement list.

I was so excited to get the Phillips Colon Health Daily Probiotic!! My sister is a nurse practitioner and if you ask her what she truly believes in she will say probiotics because your stomach takes care of everything. I have so many problems with a gassy stomach and constipation I’m on day 4 of taking the Phillips daily probiotic and I have gone to the bathroom regularly and not suffered from gas pain not one time! I can’t wait to see what the next 26 days bring! My stomach feels so much better since I started taking them! The pills themselves are so much smaller than other probiotics I have taken and the Phillips probiotics are so easy to swallow and I’ve had zero side effects!! I highly recommend the Phillips Colon Health Daily Probiotic!! It is also 4-in-1 symptom defense that helps against occasional gas, bloating, constipation and diarrhea. So far I am very, very pleased with this product and I will definitely be buying a bottle after this one is gone!! I usually have bubble gut after every single meal and even that is gone!! The one I previously was taking before I ran out and got this to try is better. Is this the strongest one you can take? No. Is this the best one out there? Definitely not. I like that it is one a day and that the capsules are small compared to other brands. I just feel like this doesn’t really do anything, I still have the bloating even though it states to help with that; I guess in general the claims it states does not match what I have experienced with it.

As for helping with gas, bloating, and indigestion, I really couldn't tell a difference. But like with anything, just because it didn't work for me doesn't mean it won't work well for someone else.

And I didn’t notice any improvement in my symptoms whatsoever. I’m not surprised. With what I know about probiotics, this doesn’t seem to be a product that was designed to preserve the bacteria and release at the correct part of the digestive system to be effective.
