I take one of these every day. I don’t have any medical documents to prove they help with colon health but I think they do. I suppose just do your SCIENTIFIC research and see if you think these might be something you would possibly benefit from. Or talk to your doctor.

The pills are a bit large so I definitely recommend taking them with a full glass of water! So far so good, we will see how these help in the long term!

It generally helps move your bowel twice a day if taken before meals. Leaves your stomach feeling great if you suffer from excessive gassiness.

The Phillips Colon Health probiotic's are easy to swallow capsules that only need to be taken once a day and they do not have to be stored in the refrigerator. I have not noticed a huge difference in the bloating I am expressing yet, however, I feel that I am getting more regular.
