I already took other probiotics, but I switched to this one. I’ve been taking it for two weeks and have not had any negative side effects. It might just be more of a peace of mind than anything, but I think it’s important to note that I have a sensitive stomach so negative side effects is a huge plus!

I happened to also use this at a time where I was more strictly monitoring my diet with less dairy, less gluten and less spicy foods. Overall it seemed to be a nice addition.
