I wanted to wait until I had taken this consistently to write a review if this product. After 3 weeks, I can honestly say I feel… the same. I have not noticed any changes while taking this probiotic. It could need more time to take an effect or maybe it’s helping on a small scale.

They also do not leave any weird after taste like some supplements do to me. I have been taking these for two weeks so I cannot comment on their claims that this supplement defends against constipation, gas, diarrhea, and bloating. I think this is an easy probiotic supplement to add to your daily routine.
