I'm going to continue to take the probiotics. The package I chose had a 30 day supply. With the results i have after7 days I definitely recommend this product to my friends and family.

I was taking a different well known (ridiculously expensive) probiotic that just wasn’t working at all. I was constantly constipated and had a gas build up that was quite uncomfortable. I started taking Phillips Colon Health about a week ago and the results have been amazing. It took about a week for my system to adjust but I’m going every day now, very full, healthy bm’s WITHOUT having to take laxatives, stool softeners and fiber supplements. And I’m actually passing gas with ease which was weird at first but I realize now that’s normal and how it’s supposed to be. I’m very pleased with the effectiveness and cost of this product. Definitely recommend!

I bought this about 2 weeks ago in a bottle of 30 & i am really noticed that i go more frequent and feel ALOT better. Although the first 3 days i was very gassy & cramped a little i think it was just my body regulating it's self since i have had these problems since i was 12 & I am 26! I was always paying for antacids, gas relief, stuff for bloating, stool softeners, & then anti diarrhea medication & now im saving with this & in hopes to continue use!

I haven't had any issues with them and that makes me happy. I use probiotics on the regular (no pun intended) these have been kind and gently work well. I have used other brands and feel like I sometimes cannot even tell I've taken anything. Phillips Colon Health Daily Probiotic 4-in-1 really does target Gas, bloating, constipation, and diarrhea. I take medication that really messes up my stomach and these have made me feel better. I was just commenting to my hubby how normal and good my stomach feels.
