I would notice that my tummy would rumble a bit more. but no real change that I saw after taking it for a week. I will co ntinue to take these. I am sure they are good for you. But they are really only good if the enzymes alive and there is not a home way to test that. you would have to send the pills to a lab.

I was impressed with the glass bottle these probiotics capsules are in- the product felt higher quality. The capsules are not too big so they are easy to swallow. They also do not leave any weird after taste like some supplements do to me. I have been taking these for two weeks so I cannot comment on their claims that this supplement defends against constipation, gas, diarrhea, and bloating. I think this is an easy probiotic supplement to add to your daily routine.

This product works well for me. My complaint is the details mentioned while embossed on the package are readable. They disappear into the packaging. Even tilting the box to see, let alone read the details didn't resolve the problem. Can you emboss the details in a different color, making them legible to the consumer so we can see what we're getting. I had to wait until I returned home before I could read the information.

Several months ago I was diagnosed with mild colitis. I tried several probiotics, but none of them were effective. One day while grocery shopping I came across Phillips Colon Health and decided to give it a try. Needless to say it worked like a charm and I have been using it ever since. I bought Phillips' colon health probiotic about a month ago after taken a Antibotic for a uti which has giving me c diff yay..... :( I am now on more antibotic for that about a month after that one and my digestive system is so messed up. After taken one Phillips colon heath probiotic, The nausea subsides and I feel great!! I would use this for years to come. I love it and would highly recommend it.

I started seeing a difference after a few days. I definitely had less bloating & gas, along with better digestion. I would recommend it for those who are new to taking probiotics, especially since it's 1 pill a day.
