This is going to stay in my rotation and I’m getting ready to purchase it again. It definitely made me feel less bloated and I feel like my digestion was better overall.

I actually have purchase these in the past and love them they work so well and really helps me . Maybe, it made me a little more “regular,” but, other than that, I didn’t notice any drastic changes or help with bloating. I likely won’t repurchase.

I have suffered for years with stomach issues, my quality of life was definitely ruled by my stomach and digestive issues. I had took probiotics before, from store brand to very expensive probiotics that I had to order.. nothing really changed and I eventually dtopped taking them. I can't believe the change I've experienced after years of suffering with chronic, idiopathic constipation. My gastroenterologist recommended trying a probiotic, after trying several others for long periods of time, this is the only one that truly resolved my problem. An excellent diet, plenty of water and exercise wasn't enough. This seems to be a major factor. Give it a few days to a week and see the regular difference.

I’ve had a sensitive tummy as I have gotten older as well as incorporating foods with more fiber as well as eating more vegetables and fruit. Plus Adding a meal or two with dairy or extra spice can sometimes add a little bit of havoc on my stomach. This product has made it easier on my stomach and my daily routine. It’s quite simple to use. Simply take it on a regular basis with a meal and that’s all. Within a day, I noticed the results. I felt less bloated and I felt less of an urgency of having to go to the bathroom within two hours after a meal. Certain foods that were highly spicy didn’t trigger a reaction like they used to and eating something as simple as a salad didn’t have me running to the bathroom within an hour after eating it. I’ve been checked for any digestive issues and my doctor often suggested that I should use a probiotic and I found that remembering to take them and the frequency of having to take them was too difficult but this product only needed me to take one once a day. I saw less bloating and I felt much better. My husband also noticed that I wasn’t as bloated and my stomach wasn’t gurgling as much as it used to. Plus the embarrassing gas that I would get at night wasn’t as frequent as it once was. Everybody passes gas, but when you find a product that curbs the embarrassment of it, especially if you’re in public, it’s great! They have recently changed the formula. I was happily taking the old formula every day and had great results with my digestive system. Now there are a lot more ingredients in it that I do not trust. I will try to purchase as much of the old formula as I can before they disappear from the shelves, then will have to find another brand. Sigh.
