I was suffering from chronic constipation for the better part of 20 years, started taking the older formula back in Aug 2022 and have not been constipated since. Reordered and was sent "New Formula" and now I have been miserable with gas, cramping and bloating for the past 4 days...not understanding why you changed a good product.

These symptoms rarely happen and will usually go away after a few hours. I was not pumped to take these pills at all and I am not happy that I was selected for this campaign. But I decided to give it a try because I have to do the review. Bloating or diarrhea never happened to me during this period. I took these tablets when I have no issue at all. And luckily no side effects. It's easy to swallow. I will take it when somethings go wrong with my digestive system in the future.

I have hiatal hernia, which makes things worse. I definitely see some improvement in my digestion and I would recommend it! Thank you for this great product!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think this product works however it is hard to tell. I did notice a slight difference in being more regular. But as far as gas or bloating it didn't really help. This may work for some people, but not me.

I've always had digestion/bowel issues. If I don't take a probiotic and eat plenty of vegetables, I am constipated. Taking these probiotics have helped me, especially on those days when I don't get as many vegetables as I should, so I am still able to have a bm regularly.

I didn't have problems with regularity before but I also needed a good prebiotic and probiotic. The pills are a little big but not hard to swallow.

The one I previously was taking before I ran out and got this to try is better. Is this the strongest one you can take? No. Is this the best one out there? Definitely not. I like that it is one a day and that the capsules are small compared to other brands. I just feel like this doesn’t really do anything, I still have the bloating even though it states to help with that; I guess in general the claims it states does not match what I have experienced with it.
