The bottle is for 30 days and I have been taking them with dinner for about a week now. I don’t know if I am just eating better or what but I feel good and not bloated on these. I would want to continue using them!

I used Phillips’ Colon Health for years to treat my IBS-D symptoms and it did the job effectively. The recent change in the product with the “new formula” has been a huge let down. I’ve had frequent digestive issues ever since I ran out of the old formula and had to change to the new version. I’ll sadly be looking for a new probiotic to treat my issues since Phillips’ Colon Health no longer does the job.

I can't believe the change I've experienced after years of suffering with chronic, idiopathic constipation. My gastroenterologist recommended trying a probiotic, after trying several others for long periods of time, this is the only one that truly resolved my problem. An excellent diet, plenty of water and exercise wasn't enough. This seems to be a major factor. Give it a few days to a week and see the regular difference.
