I have used all the probiotic brands of Sam's Club to relieve constipation. This is the only brand that works.

For 2yrs I didn't go any where after I had my bladder removed because of the dirrea with the suggestion from my Dr. This product gave me my life back. I've tried pills, drinks, natural products, but with this I noticed a difference after a few days. I would recommend and I will be purchasing them once I run out. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been taking these probiotics once a day with a meal & so far they seem to be doing a good job, I don’t have any issue w/passing gas but I am lactose intolerant & I love dairy so these definitely help w/that & also I get super bloated when I’m on my period & constipated so I hope these help since it’s 30 pills in the bottle, I like that the pills are not huge, I don’t feel nauseous afterwards etc, so far so good.

They’re smaller than the probiotic supplements I typically take, which is a positive. I think they worked about the same as other brands I’ve used and are slightly cheaper. I would purchase these in the future.
