You can't go wrong with this classic diaper rash cream. My mom used it on me when I was a kid, 35 years later and I'm still using it on my children. Its cools and soothes diaper rashes, prickly butts and swamp you know whats! Its gentle enough to use pre-emptively on days you know a diaper rash might be a possibility. I put it on my son on particularly hot days to keep him dry.

I love Desitin. It's such a handy product and helps rashes disappear so quickly. It's better than any off brand diaper creams. I wouldn't improve anything. My kids got relief from desitin and use it on the kids I babysit now! I would recommend this to anyone!

This is a great product for babies. My daughters have never gotten diper rash using this product. However, I find it very dissapointing that the 16 oz tub is no longer in production. This item was selling well, so for Desitin to discontijue the product onl y means that they want more profit for the product. Selling smaller paste tubes will force the customers to purchase more product increasing their profits. If Desitin does not bring back the 16oz tub SOON I will be switching brands !!!!!

Great brand and trusted product. I used this on both of my children in the rare event they had diaper rash. It cleared the rash up very quickly. It is easy to use. Very affordable and easy to find in the stores. I would definitely recommend this product.

I like this product ut works good my daughter just recently had a really bad rash and it worked in a couple days i havent tried others yet because this one did the trick. It definitely helped make her feel more better yes i would recommend this to others. 

I have given birth to 4 children. But have been in charge of many in my life. And everyone has there own oppinion on what is the best. Now when we have had to use something it has always been Destin. It love this product because it is creamy,not gritty and thick. It is light but gives full coverage to what ever area needs the help. Unlike other products that you end up using for a couple of days at a time. I never have to use it for more than 1day at a time. I love Destin.
