This is hands down the best diaper cream I've ever used. I've tried everything before, but after a horrible rash that landed my son in a doctor's office, they recommended this to me and it cleared his rash up in 2 days! Within a few hours he was back to being comfortable again.

I absolutely love this product it went on so smooth and easy and didn't your take my kids but so yes I enjoyed it there is nothing bad about this product is never broke my kid out it's always been good and it's not overall expensive I was very satisfied

This is the only cream I will use for my son, and for myself as well! It works great; between 1-2 days, and the rash is gone! So for the price it‚Äôs absolutely worth it! And my baby didn‚Äôt even care when I put it on him. It does stick though, so if you are just going to use your fingers, make sure you have some wipes nearby to get it off! 

I’ve been using this on my children since they were born and I only use this one not the blue one.. it’s thicker and seems to work faster than the other version.. I use this whenever my children get a diaper rash and since my youngest is still getting use to wiping on her own she gets little rashes and this clears her up every time.. it’s a total life saver and doesn’t rub off!!!

I have 2 under 2 so we do a lot of diaper changes in this household. I keep desitin on hand and apply as soon as I notice any diaper redness starting to pop up. After a couple uses the issue always clears right up, and my girls have never had any really severe diaper rashes.

Non-irritating and classic. My mother used this stuff back in 1990 when my baby brother was born. He was very susceptible to diaper rashes. He'd get these terrible, raised, red, raw rashes in his diaper area. Mom would apply a nice thick layer of this & he'd instantly be relieved. I remembered that 25 years later when I became a mom. I've had my tube since my now-six year old was a baby. I use the same tube on my 1 year old. It lasts forever. It takes such a small amount & a little goes a long way. It heals very quickly too. Amazing, thick, a little messy at times, but worth every penny. It's so thick that you don't really have to reapply at every diaper change. It's almost "water resistant".

This was the only ointment that worked for my daughter. We tried other brands and petroleum jelly and they didn't help much. My little girl responded better with powder but if her rashes did get really bad we'd use this to try and clear up any bad rashes. It really all depended on her diet too sometimes powders worked best sometimes creams. I had a tube of this in every diaper bag we had plus at both changing stations at home. 

Amazing, fast working product. Compared to other products designed to do the same thing, it works faster and with hashing to use less. Lasted over a year with my little with having to use frequently, just didn’t have to use as much. Already ordered more!

Oh goodness, 17 years ago there were not so many options. I liked using DESITIN® Maximum Strength Original Zinc Oxide Paste on my babies back then, I imagine the same holds true. Breast milk causes lots of messes, which lead to rashes sometimes. I trusted desitin to clear up rashes, it worked well on my kiddos.

I have used this with all of my babies and I swear by it. It is the best butt cream out there. I literally put it on and it begins to heal within minutes. I would recommend this to every mom I know. This is a great paste that holds up even in the water. I am completely satisfied.
