I really like the Desitin brand overall. This maximum strength formula just feels a little thicker than the normal formula, so I will probably stick with the normal formula since rashes are infrequent with my son. For people whose kids get diaper rashes often, this maximum strength may suit their needs better!

My little used to get pretty bad diaper rash from her belly issues that caused her to have diarrhea a lot and she would be so irritated from the rash from all the diarrhea. This is AMAZING!!! Fast relief most definitely one of my favorites for when littles have rash issues and you want to help give them fast relief and also not have it be so heavy and uncomfortable. Mom go to for sure!

I don't know, but every time I think of diaper rash. I think of desitin. It's a product that my mom used on my brother all the time, and I product I use on my kids all the time. I mean who am I kidding, diaper rashes happen. And this gives great results, pretty quickly too. Definitely highly recommend

My daughter had really irritated skin after someone left her diaper on too long. She wouldn’t even let me wash her with water because it hurt so bad! I bought a tube of this after I couldn’t find my blue desitin tube and this one worked like a charm. After a day of using it religiously, her diaper rash was gone! It’s a new favorite.

Very rarely does my girl get diaper rash.... but when she does this is my go too. It is fairly priced and has a thick consistency which is probaly why it works so well. My daughter has sensitive skin and this doesnt further the irritation with her little booty, and clears up any rash she has ever had with one to two applications.

Desitin == LIFESAVER/AMAZING !! Let me just say, out of all the different brands of rash cream in stores . I've always stood ten toes down on Desitin, it's always been my go to/must put in the cart lol . I've used this with my son ( 13 years ago ) now I'm using it with my daughter . I absolutely love love the thick, rich and hypoallergenic formula it has/leaves . Always works it's wonders, healed and soothed their bottoms to avoid anymore discomfortness . I'll definitely continue to buy this product and I definitely highly recommend it too to the mommies and future mommies

I love this product for treating diaper rash. My baby got a bad diaper rash with blisters and we tried Boudreaux and other creams but nothing was working. After using this for about 4 days the rash went completely away. It’s very thick but I like it because it protected the skin from more wetness. We will use it again if baby gets another diaper rash

I’ve never found a diaper cream that’s been able to reverse a diaper rash in 1-2 uses. Though my daughter has never had a serious rash, as soon as I see a sore starting I use this max strength desitin and it’s gone usually by her next diaper change.

My daughter had a really bad rash and I bought some of this and later in the morning it was already cleared up so much better that redness was gone and was pink now I recommend this product to all babies. If it wasn’t for Desitin my daughter would still be in pain and crying . Make sure to give your baby a bath and then let them air dry and then apply the desitin on there rash!!!

When my kids were babies, this was my go to diaper paste. I always had a tube of this in the diaper bag. Still do, as we still have one child in diapers. Since it does have zinc oxide in it, it leaves a sticky white cast on the skin, so be sure to wipe your hands after use! Other than that, this does the job and is a great rash paste as well as preventative.
