Purchased this cream after trying another brand. This one really works great! It cleared my child's diaper rash in no time flat. Its smooth and creamy which made it very easy to apply and a little goes a long way. I'm very satisfied with this product and would purchase again!

This product really works! It actually helps instantly too even if the rash is pretty bad once you put this on it starts working right away and doesnt seem to burn or hurt when applying. It doesnt have a good or bad smell to it almost like sunscreen lol

Have always lived this and used it when my 9 year old was a baby and now on my 1 year old he has extremely sensitive skin so he gets rashes right away and when I apply this it's gone within the next day I have no bad reviews on this product and I think its worth the price you pay for it

Hands down our go to for our little that has super sensitive skin. We battle many diaper rashes for multiple reasons or not reason at all it feels. A tube lasts forever and helps give us speedy healing times with our rashes no matter the stage they are in. Our dr even told us this is one step down from a prescription formula. We buy it for baby shower gifts and our own child. Price is about average and it can be found practically anywhere that sells diapering needs.

I still think this is the best diaper rash paste.  I‚Äôve tried them all but I‚Äôve got to say this one works the best.  I know it‚Äôs not the most all natural or glamorous one but I‚Äôve really been thankful for it whenever our daughter gets a rash overnight.

I have given birth to 4 children. But have been in charge of many in my life. And everyone has there own oppinion on what is the best. Now when we have had to use something it has always been Destin. It love this product because it is creamy,not gritty and thick. It is light but gives full coverage to what ever area needs the help. Unlike other products that you end up using for a couple of days at a time. I never have to use it for more than 1day at a time. I love Destin.

I have used a few alternatives but I always come back to this one. The pricing is reasonable and worth the couple extra bucks to know that my kids will be taken care of and their rashes will be gone.
