Desitin max strength diaper rash cream really works. I use It for diaper rashes and if my son breaks out from his diapers due to his sensitive skin. I put this cream on at the first sign of redness and I know I dont have to worry about the diaper rash getting any worse.

We love love love desitin. It has helped us heal so so many diaper rashes even if they where really red! This helps it heal really fast too which is great because watching your little be in pain from a rash is never fun. I would recommend this to any parent!

This is my favorite desitin. My son has really sensitive skin and he was a "chunkier" baby, so he had rolls and he would get diaper rashes often. This stuff is a heaven send! My daughter is two almost 3, and we still use Desitin on her. Yes she’s potty trained but she drinks so much juice and eat so much fruit with acid that she gets really bad diaper rash is still in this stuff works so well I can put it on one night and by the very next night within 24 hours the rash is almost completely gone

Got Desitin from a Dr because my little one had a rash, and it healed very quickly. Its better than the Boudreauxs Butt Paste Diaper Rash Ointment Maximum Strength. There isnt a strong smell and I suggest applying with the paste spatula, it helps get in all the folds

After I notice my little one getting a diaper rash, I immediately get this out because it is SO effective in treating rash quickly. The formula is thick so it really coats the rash and keeps moisture out. I love to have this on hand in case of emergencies! I even used it every day when he was really little to help prevent anything from happening. 

Our son unfortunately had a diaper rash at a few weeks old. Using this product allowed the rash to clear up very quickly and prevent it from getting any worse. Whenever we noticed his bottom getting a little red, we just put a little bit of this cream on it and it instantly goes away. Best part is is that you only have to use a tiny bit!

We use this stuff religiously. It’s cheap and it works so well. My son would get really bad rashes from Drinking acidic juices. I would clean his bottom with warm water and soap, then apply this liberally to his bottom. The rash cleared up within a day most of the time. It was soothing to him and kept the diaper from sticking to his skin.

My little guy has a feeding tube which can throw off how his body processes the food because it's always liquids. So he can get a diaper rash easily. This is one of the few products we have found that actually helps that we don't need a prescription for.
