This product really works! It actually helps instantly too even if the rash is pretty bad once you put this on it starts working right away and doesnt seem to burn or hurt when applying. It doesnt have a good or bad smell to it almost like sunscreen lol

I have given birth to 4 children. But have been in charge of many in my life. And everyone has there own oppinion on what is the best. Now when we have had to use something it has always been Destin. It love this product because it is creamy,not gritty and thick. It is light but gives full coverage to what ever area needs the help. Unlike other products that you end up using for a couple of days at a time. I never have to use it for more than 1day at a time. I love Destin.

Great product. I buy this when necessary and it does what it is supposed to. I put it on after her diaper changes if I notice any redness and it seems to clear up by the next change. I have tried other products and this one seems to work the best. Definitely will buy again.

I think this product is magical. I found that It starts to clear up and soothe diaper rash after just one use of applying it. It really is a relief and an amazing feeling to know that there is a product out there, that is this one, that will help ease and heal these problems very rapidly. After just the one use keep on applying it until it is all completely healed. I promise this stuff really will help heal the entire irritated area. I haven’t found anything quite as amazing in my opinion. I always recommend this product to anyone who is in the search of a diaper rash paste.

I love using the Desitin Maximum Strength in the 16 oz tub. Rashes are gone in a day! My Mom used it on my siblings and I. I tried others and realized Mom was right! The 16 oz tub....WHERE IS IT? It is out of stock everywhere. Please get it back asap. I can't use the tubes at the changing table. Please bring it back fast before I have to change brands that offer a 16 oz tub. Please...

First time mom. The newborn scrunch got us…we hadn’t been checking the skin folds in her groin because she wouldn’t relax her legs and she developed a moderate skin breakdown. We put a nice layer of this product over the area and it was already looking better by the end of the day. We used it daily for a week and her skin was was good. (I def cried and felt like a failure when we didn’t notice the initial redness).

This stuff never worked for my first two kids not sure if they changed something in it or just different kid different skin but it worked great for my sons rash! I tried multiple different ointments and nothing seemed to fully take it away, used this one day and boom gone!
