My baby gets bad rashes when he poops too many times in a day, the regular cream works good on a small rash but this maximum strength works BEST on my babys sensitive booty. I got a HUGE tub of it for super cheap and it lasts forever because you only needs such a small amount. It works within hours. Highly reccomend.

This has worked wonderfully for the worst of diaper rashes! It’s definitely my top choice. It did not irritate or burn my baby when I applied it and they seemed to be soothed shortly after. I highly recommend this product! I am very satisfied with how great it worked!

I love this cream! My baby skin was so delicate as newborn and seems like she was allergic to the milk protein. I had to find a cure fast! The regular blue one didn't work for us, but the purple version leaves a protective coat for her little cheeks and makes it easier to clean every diaper change. This is what all three of my son's used at the first sign of redness. It works quickly and helps heal diaper rash before it starts to really hurt your baby. I am very happy with the brand and will continue using it for my baby. I highly recommend giving it a try if your baby needs it.

Yhiz this and Desitin are my go-to products these are the only things I use on my son when he has the rashes and like I said before he's had rashes since the day he was born I've switch diapers everything nothing worked until I stopped using wipes now he has not had a rash in 2 months

I love this product m, I always have one at home and one in my diaper bag. It is very affordable product. this product does not need any improvement. My child like when I put it on his little bottom. I have used a different product that was for diaper rash and it burned. This product feel cool when applied. thank you

This was the only cream that seemed to work for our youngest when he had terrible diaper rash. Exceeded our expectations and then some. Cleared up his diaper rash in a matter of days when it was awful and a matter of hours when it wasn't so bad! Very satisfied.

Desitin is my go to when it comes to diaper rashes, I don’t usually buy the tubes because I run out of them so fast, but I always attempt to have one of these in my diaper bag. It works great for my kids diaper rashes. I don’t use any other product for that then desitin!

My doctor recommended I get this once and I have not looked back since. This is great for the diaper rashes. I really do love this stuff and can use it with complete confidence. It can be extremely messy especially with squirmy kids, but it is completely worth it.

This is my go to for diaper rash creams. My son has sensitive skin its the only thing that actually works and gives instant relief to my poor baby's bottom.
