This one became my handy diaper rash cream, due that my little one's skin is super sensitive. It doesn't matter if I last 10 minutes after I've known she's had to go, she will immediately burn and this cream has been extremely helpful to get rid off those burns and even prevent further ones.

Desitin is my second-favorite baby rash diaper cream I think it's good for babies who have sensitive skin but also does the trick I seen that it works great if you put a little on when you first see the diaper rash coming or actually every time you change the baby's diaper to actually prevent it you know you don't need a whole lot just a little tiny down for that and I guess that's all I can really say about it

I Used this when my daughters diaper rash was super bad just enough to where she was comfortable worked within 24 hours and baby was back to normal product come in just the right texture a little thick but it is a diaper rash cream overall will always reach for this in case of emergencies

My daughter got a horrible diaper rash one night. She was so red & raw & we couldn’t figure out why (turns out it was the mango tangerine juice we gave her, no more citrus drinks!). We had several creams that we had from our baby shower & samples from our baby registry. We were using an all-natural brand most of the time, but for this rash, it had no oomph. I went through our stash & found the desitin & VOILA!! The relief came & within 24-hours she was so much better. Now I won’t use anything but!

Desitin Maximum strength original zinc oxide paste is the best diaper rash cream on the market. We tried so many diaper rash creams but nothing worked as well as this one. It helps to soothe the skin almost instantly and the rash disappears in few hours after use. Also great to use it at night to protect the skin and heal faster. 

My first son had sensitive skin and got mild diaper rash frequently. I believe it was because he was constantly peeing and the daycare providers change the diapers every 2 hours or so. We tried Boudreaux's Butt Paste but it made his rashes worse. This stuff cleared it up right away everytime.

This works AMAZING for severe diaper rash! With just one use, I could notice a drastic improvement. The rash was far less red and angry looking and seemed to make my babies more comfortable with use. I luckily didnt deal with diaper rash often but when I did, this was my go to.

I use Desitin on myself for skin irritation and I have noticed a change in the product with a newest label. It's not as thick as it used to be for sticking to your skin better without rubbing off so easily. It works more like the daily type for the thickness of the cream. I have read other reviews who feel the same way from Walmart and Sam's Club. I have seen online for BuyBuy Baby company that they sell the product with the older label with a picture of a baby on it and it clearly says "orginal paste" but on the new label, its nowhere to be found. Did something change in the formula cream for the Maximum strength?? If so, can the "orginal paste" version strength for maximum strength come back on the shelves with the older formula to make customers happy and satisfied once again???

Love the Maxiumum strength version but so disappointed to see the tub has been discontinued. As a mother of 3 I use this product alot and the tubes are not convienent at all and dont seem to have the same consistency as the tub did. Please listen to your customer base and bring back the tub! You make the tub in the creamy version which does not work nearly as well and maybe you should consider getting rid of that tub instead. Really hoping the see the tub of max strength return.

Aquaphor is always my first go to and my top choice. But if I had to pick my second choice it would most definitely be this product. It works really well and is thick to speed up the healing process for diaper rash. I would give it a 90/100. Very good product
