Desitin is another product I used with my first baby and am currently using with my second baby. Desitin has been around for quite some time and their ingredients are safe for babies! It’s always nice to have on hand in case of diaper rashes. It clears them up quick!

This is my go to diaper rash cream product. Since I know its provides great coverage and works for my sons diaper rashes this is the product that I use 95% of the time. I even used it when I got a rash from my thighs being chafed. You get a lot of product for the price as well.

If you can get past the smell of this product, it’s actually really great at helping and preventing diaper rash. It’s thick and you might want to use gloves so the smell doesn’t stay on your skin. It does provide a good barrier for baby and helps to prevent diaper rash.

This diaper rash cream is hands down the best ! Anytime one of my daughters starts to get a diaper rash I put this on with each diaper change and it goes away usually within a couple days . This diaper rash cream leaves my daughters bums protected from any excess liquid . This cream keeps my daughters compfortable if they have a diaper rash which can be itchy and very uncomfortable . I CAN NOT say anything bad about this brand. This product is so awesome! I can put the lotion on a a diaper rash and with in minutes you can already see that it is working. The price is great too. I would recommend this product for anyone! This product also make a great baby shower gift.

I used desitine on all my kids, but I can't use it on my granddaughter because now they add fragrance. I can't go near her if she has it on and I am the one who primarily takes care of her. Why is there no fragrance free options in the max strength? It is not truly hypoallergenic if it contains perfumes!!

Great great for diapers rashes, and relieves them fairly quickly! Not too overpowering with the scent which is nice. I have not used other brands so I can’t give any comparisons. I like this brand, so I’ll stick with it until something better catches my eye.

Desitin works very well and very fast! Cleared up the latest butt iritation in less than 24 hours. Product lasts on the skin, and isn't easily wiped away, so it has a chance to heal. We keep desitin in several rooms of our house, diaper bag, and changing pads so its handy when needed. Love this product!

This is a very thick paste did diaper rash cream. It is hard to come off which means it’s great for bad diaper rash. I find that it does it’s job within a day you can see the difference in the babies bottom. I would recommend to other moms that have serious case of diaper Rash.

I love Desitin and it really works well however the extra strength product has cod liver oil in it and I couldn’t get pass the fish smell. I use it for wounds that I have but…wow…the smell. It even stained my clothes and I can’t get the stain or the smell out.
