This diaper rash cream should just be called ‚Äúmiracle‚Äù cream. I hate to see when my daughter gets diaper rashes but whenever she did/does I use this cream and the rash goes away in no time. Do not recommend know the science behind it but it is worth purchasing. I always recommend it to other moms to be. 

I really wanted to like Desitin because so many parents swear by it, and it does work well for diaper rash. But honestly, I just can’t get past the strong fishy smell. It’s overwhelming, and it lingers even after washing my hands. I wish it worked for us, but the scent is a dealbreaker.

I used Desitin max strength on all 3 kiddos and it works so well.  Clears up any redness overnight.  I have tried a multitude of brands and between Desitin and BeautyCounter diaper cream, we don't have any lingering issues.  I won't reach for any other

I absolutely love this product. It keeps my baby's sensitive skin protected during some bad summer diaper rashes! It heals better than any other product we have tried and is a staple in my diaper kit. Of everything we've tried, we had the most trouble finding a product that would protect through the overnights wet diapers but this does the trick and protects all night long!

I use this product primarily for diaper rashes and it is a life saver.  It is affordable and clears up diaper rash after one use.  It is a quality product at an affordable price.  It is a brand I know and trust to clear up diaper rash quickly. It is very effective and is a product I would feel comfortable recommending to keep baby/toddlers feeling comfortable. So baby and mommy are both happy. 

Worked great both my kids had gotten rashes and this product cleared it up within a day or 2 I highly recommend this there is no scent it starts working emediatly the texture isn’t to bad it feels like a thick location the value is great and the packaging is packaged well

Does diaper rash cream Works amazing it gave her instant relief when she was in pain. It helped with redness and swelling. Her diaper rash would normally go away within the next day after using it. This product is it expensive at all and is very great for its price. I would buy this product again.

This is a good product but honestly I've found better diaper rash creams. The smell if this makes me nauseous but I've had people tell me they love the smell, so maybe it's just me. This is a good cream for the price point though. It goes on nice thick.

Solid diaper cream that should be in stock in EVERY mama's household. It's affordable and works so well. I'm not sure there is anything I can say to improve the product. Comes in varying sizes, doesn't smell terrible, etc. It's a product I recommend to lots of mamas!

Anyone that I know that is either expecting to have a baby or just had one I always tell them to purchase Destin maximum strength. I couldn't tell you how much it has saved us from an angry pained baby due to a rash. I even used it on myself before. Best product out there for sure! I definitely swear by it!
