This will always be my go-to diaper rash cream. if my baby gets just slightly red I use it and it goes away very quickly. It is a thick paste and covers the area to help heal. I used this with my last baby and I'm using it with my current one and I've never had any complaints.

I would consider Desitin to be one of the most popular baby rash creams. It's a well know name and does a good job. It is so sad when your baby gets a diaper rash, but luckily brands like Desitin make it a little easier for you by providing some relief from those horrible diaper rashes. This one is maximum strength for the really bad ones. It contains Zinc Oxide and goes on as a thick white paste. This is the one of the options I feel last the longest. This skin protectant is paraben free.

When daughter first broke out I use this brand of destin and i absolutely loved it. It cleared my daughter's rash right up i could not complain one bit it did not burn or anything she sat right still when i needed to put it on her. I would recommend this to other mothers whose kids break out like my children do.

We use with every diaper change and since baby has been sleeping through the night we were concerned about a diaper rash so we use a generous amount at bedtime every night and can say with very grateful hearts that we are 10.5 months old and not a single diaper rash!

Absolutely love this product! Works great for clearing up rashes AND for avoiding them as well. It is very affordable and lasts for a long time. There is nothing I would do to improve this as I am satisfied with the product. I am a mother of four children an desitin has always been my go to for rash cream!

This has always been my go to diaper rash cream. It takes care of the rash in record time and covers my kids well and doesn't rub off. I have used a few alternatives but I always come back to this one. The pricing is reasonable and worth the couple extra bucks to know that my kids will be taken care of and their rashes will be gone. 

I love this product m, I always have one at home and one in my diaper bag. It is very affordable product. this product does not need any improvement. My child like when I put it on his little bottom. I have used a different product that was for diaper rash and it burned. This product feel cool when applied. thank you

This is a staple in our house! It's our go to diaper rash cream. It soothes and heals the rash within a day. It's amazing! It's also really affordable, which is a plus! I also like that it's creamy and easy to apply and doesn't get clumpy or anything. Highly recommend!

This stuff is a heaven send! My daughter is two almost 3, and we still use Desitin on her. Yes she’s potty trained but she drinks so much juice and eat so much fruit with acid that she gets really bad diaper rash is still in this stuff works so well I can put it on one night and by the very next night within 24 hours the rash is almost completely gone
