This is such a life savor! There is nothing worse than seeing your little ones in such discomfort. This cream gives the little ones immediate relief. Its very affordable and a little really goes a long way. I love this it worked for both my babies and I would recommend it to anyone.

Desitin cream is a must-have in our diaper bag! Anytime my baby shows signs of redness or irritation, I apply a little Desitin and it clears up by the next diaper change. It creates a thick, protective barrier and really soothes the skin fast. I love that it works quickly and prevents the rash from coming back. We’ve tried a few other creams, but nothing works like Desitin — it's a total lifesaver!

I used to work in a nursing home and they used this on the residents so I decided to try for my daughter. Now, I love to have this on hand, you never know when your precious baby might break out in a little rash. This cream has come to the rescue! The smell isn’t the most pleasant but it’s not bothersome at all when you see it working!

This is my go to rash cream. It does it in one to two uses. It will keep his bottom dry and hydrated. If the skin is cracked, it will still heal the spot of rashing. I give it in baby showers and have never had any bad experience with this. It let me a long time because I wouldn’t have to use it often since it would cure the problem quickly. And it would take a while for him to get a rash again.

The few times our baby (now toddler) has had diaper rash we used Desitin to instantly relieve it and would notice immediate results by the next diaper change with less redness and irritation. By the next morning the diaper rash would be completely gone.

This is my son's favorite diaper cream. He just turned two and hasn't potty trained yet. Whenever he gets a diaper rash he asks for "medicine." This is the only diaper cream he has ever asked for specifically though. He always seems so happy when I put it on him if he is having some redness or irritation.

Best product for diaper rash! Little one had pretty severe diaper rash that seemed to be like once we cleared it up it just came right back. Although desitin isn’t the cheapest one on the shelf it’s definitely worth it and has worked like a champ! Also a tiny dot goes a long long way!

I bought this on a recommendation from my sister in law who swears by it but when the diaper rash just wouldn’t give this just didn’t work for us. I also hated how difficult it was to truly wipe the diaper area clean with this cream. We do not buy it anymore.

I can't believe I just learned that you discontinued the 16oz tub of maximum strength desitin. This is extremely disappointing. I've been using this since the day my daughter was born and I've been looking everywhere for this only to learn months later that this happened? This is the best diaper rash cream treatment I have found since my daughter was born in  March 2018. I will always recommend this 100%. This product clears up diaper rash within the day no matter how bad it has gotten. It has also been the most effective and only cream that does actually work.
