We love Desitin products, and we definitely love this Desitin maximum strength , original zinc oxide paste. It is super effective excellent value for your money. This stuff works absolutely amazing. It clears up a rash immediately. It also helps with any little pain that they may be experiencing fthe rash usually within a few hours this Desitin clears up any irritation, I always recommend a new mommies and daddies. This stuff is amazing.

Desitin is one of the only popular brands of rash cream that actually has ever done anything for a rash that I've seen. The formula is thick enough to stay put without being sticky or suffocating the rash. This is the only actual diaper rash cream I'll buy.

I love old school products and desitin is definitely one of the older products that I will always go back to for every baby! It’s affordable and a little goes a long way. It is smooth and glides onto the skin gently to coat the bum and heal/protect it from diaper rash.

Desitin really seals out the moisture and allows the rash to dry out without having to rusk letting my son run around naked to air dry lol. It lasts until his next diaper change through several urine uses or the dreaded #2 that gives him the rash in the first place! It's cost is moderate and can be found on any baby eisle at most store,new mom's to be put this on your must have list for your baby's precious little butt!

This diaper rash cream worked amazingly well for my child’s diaper rash when it was pretty severe. I had originally tried the regular (blue bottle desitin rapid relief) one but I only really used that one if it was a mild diaper rash that he had. If your child’s diaper rash is a bit more severe then I would definitely recommend using this maximum strength zinc version of this ointment (purple desitin bottle) I found that the purple bottle worked wonders and really kept my child’s diaper rash away. Happy baby = happy mom :)

I like to use this cream as a preventative measure to make sure my son doesnt have a diaper rash! It works well at preventing rashes and keeps him fresh. We are happy with the product and recommend it to all. Thank you Desitin for this great product!

I don’t used this cream every time I change my baby’s diaper, I use a barrier ointment for that, but for the times when she gets a little rash I used this paste. It works wonders! If she has a rash it can usually be cleared up by the next day! What I like most about it is that it is not sticky and it doesn’t have a strong fragrance. I highly recommend for server rashes.

I absolutely love this butt cream! My daughter has super sensitive skin, so sometimes she gets very stubborn diaper rashes. Design Maxium Strength diaper rash cream heals her diaper rash within hours of applying it. It doesn't have a strong odor and is soothing on my LO's behind.

Love this product. My son had a really bad diaper rash and this product cleared up the issue in no time. We tried to use some other brands of diaper rash cream but this product worked the best. Any time that he starts to get a rash we put it on right away and it prevents it from getting worse and clears it right up! Highly recommended!!

Desitin Maximum Strength Original Zinc oxide paste is my FAVORITE diaper cream. I love that it contains 40% zinc oxide which is great for tackling the most stubborn diaper rashes. One use of this diaper cream, and I notice visible improvement. This is a must have product and I’m so glad it was recommended to me by my child’s pediatrician!
