This one was my absolute favorite while my kids were younger specially sometimes when using different brands of diapers they tend to have rashes more at least for my kids. I saw a notable difference between this one and other brands since it was so much more effective.

Purple desitin is the only thing that works on my babies toughest diaper rash. She had a bad rash after honest company redid their diaper line. Such a bad rash that she was bleeding. My heart was broken for her because I couldn't do anything about it other than changing her diaper brand and waiting. Whenever my young ones start to get a diaper rash, I use Desitin immediately. If used as soon as the irritation starts to show, it will clear up pretty much immediately. Sometimes it does take longer and a couple applications. The price is a little high but a tube seems to last forever. 

Absolutely love this product! Works great for clearing up rashes AND for avoiding them as well. It is very affordable and lasts for a long time. There is nothing I would do to improve this as I am satisfied with the product. I am a mother of four children an desitin has always been my go to for rash cream!

I was skeptical about using this on my newborn when he got his first diaper rash however it literally cleared the redness by the next morning. Now, every time I see a little redness I slap some of this on and he's cleared up by morning. I love it and definitely recommend it!

We love this diaper rash cream. There are so many expensive creams out there that seem to do the same exact thing as this one does. It clears up any diaper rash we have had thus far. We keep one one hand at all times, even use it in between diaper changes just as a precaution.

We use this one and the blue normal one. Mostly we use the maximum strength when his booty is getting really red. Like when he is having a lot of diaper changes and we are wiping him more than normal. We always have an extra bottle of desitin in the nursery AND diaper bag!!

I have used this with all of my babies and I swear by it. It is the best butt cream out there. I literally put it on and it begins to heal within minutes. I would recommend this to every mom I know. This is a great paste that holds up even in the water. I am completely satisfied.
