My little sister had one of those bad rashes where you've tried everything and it either makes it worse or it doesn't help at all this product really helped her rash die down! If your baby is havinf a pretry stubborn rash and nothing seems to be helping give this a try it just might help it!

This diaper rash cream has such a bad smell to it but it does work! It is messy and gets underneath your finger nails and stinks so bad even after washing them. I rarely ever use this product but if my son has a bad diaper rash and I need the maximum strength then I will use this!

I love this Diaper Rash Cream. As a first time parent this is one of my must haves. This diaper cream is so good and you only need to use a pea size because it goes a long way. I love this diaper rash cream. It works over night. My daughter had a rash so bad it was bleeding and I put this on. The next diaper change the rash was 99% gone. It works like a dream. I won‚Äôt try anything else besides Desitin. It‚Äôs the only rash cream I trust. 

Maximum strength is the only desitin I ever buy! It clears up a rash so quickly I only have to apply it to my child a few times! The price is affordable I always buy a few just to keep around the house or keep one extra in the diaper bag just in case it’s needed!

If my daughter gets a rash I use Destin maximum strength for one day and the rash is immediately gone. It is a thick barring ointment. It can get stuck under your nails. It does take a little bit of time to wash off so I use a qtip or I put the ointment on a napkin or toilet paper the rub it on her skin.

I have used this for 7 years now. It’s the one I always grab for when I see a rash even possibly starting or just need a barrier for whatever reason. It works a lot better than petroleum jelly or something else used as barriers. I would definitely recommend!

My in has only had maybe two diaper rashes since he’s been born and he’s now 3.
