Desitin Maximum Strength is truly effective, just as advertised. It provides immediate relief for my children's rashes. There is a light blue variant for daily use, but personally, I prefer this deep purple one because it offers superior and fast healing. Usually, it takes about a day for my children's skin to return to normal, and in more severe cases, it may take around two days. I have been using this product for 5 years on my two children and always recommend it to other new parents.

Desitin is a product I swear by! I had first used it years ago while I was working at a daycare, and I saw the difference it made. I bought some prior to my first baby being born, and I’m so glad I did! He’s only 6 days old today, but he’s got a bit of a rash from trying to figure out a schedule and feeding, and so I’ve been keeping this on him. I’ve already noticed a difference, and his bum is a lot less red and irritated already. I love that it’s thick, because it lasts until next diaper change, and you just know it works!

This is our go to butt paste! We've tried samples of other barrier creams but nothing works as well as Desitin Maximum Strength Original Zinc Oxide Paste for red bottoms and angry, red scrotums. My boys have had horrible diaper rashes, especially my youngest. We've even had to resort to prescriptions on occasions since he was in so much pain, but my baby was teething up to 4 teeth at once and his poor skin would be angry red. I always knew that he knew relief was on the way as soon as he felt the first cooling touch of Destin. Usually a day or two later and his bum was cute as ever.

Desitin maximum strength original zinc oxide paste works wonders and very cheap. I love Desitin maximum strength paste because it has always worked and heals up their diaper rashes quickly. I would absolutely recommend Desitin maximum strength original zinc oxide paste.

The only diaper rash ointment I will ever use is this stuff right here. It is the holy grail of all diaper ointments. It doesn't matter if it's a mild rash or a bad flair, you always see a difference within a few hours of the application. The thick paste stays in place and does its job the way it's suppose too.!

This product is the only one that every helped for my kids rash I have tried others and wasn't a big fan as it didn't help much for my kids and then I tried this one and it worked like a charm and everything since then I have always kept extra just in case

A++++++ My favorite go to diaper rash cream! Works within one diaper change, and also soothes my little one so she is not in any pain. I have used with 3 children because I have continuously been satisfied! The smell is enjoyable as well,  and it is not greasy! 

Why doesn't this come in a pump bottle like lotion? I buy in bulk in the 16oz jar to save money, but the jar is awkward when changing baby and it doesn't fit in the organizer we have. The tubes are okay but don't last long and still take two hands. Why not have a pump bottle for easy dispensing with one hand.

As a first time parent, you will need this. I tried all these newer diaper creams which are good but my mom used to use this same brand on us as kids! Our little one developed a really bad diaper rash and we tried the Desitin, and her diaper rash was almost gone the next morning and was entirely gone with a couple of days.
