When buying this large jar of Desitin, just know that you won’t need to buy anymore for at least 5-6 months. It’s thick and creamy, and covers so well. I’ve never used another product, so I can’t say if there’s anything comparable. There’s no real smell. Overall, it’s a great product that heals a diaper rash quickly.

The best diaper rash cream you can ever get and so much better than the other. Its pretty affordable and does ehat it says. You can see the difference from day one itself. The consistency is think. I wish it had a noce smell to it. Definitely recommend this to everyone

Save yourself the heart break of your child’s agony and buy this ahead of time. Competitors do NOT work. I received some competitors butt paste as a gift, and it did nothing after two days. I promise you, this is what you need. I came to the website to try and find an address to send a handwritten thank you letter. That is how brand loyal I now am. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Between having talc and fragrance, I don't know which is worse! Certainly did not take into consideration sensitive skin by adding fragrance. And talc? Seriously why on earth did you put talc in this product? If it's causing ovarian cancer in women I can't imagine why it should belong in something you put on a baby! Never even opened the box, going to take it right back to the store and get my money back. No thanks. I'll find something else.

I like desitin because it helps with diaper rashes so I bought the big tub. I thought it was a good idea to purchase the Tub until I realized that It wasn’t sanitary to keep dipping the same finger in there after applying the cream to baby diaper area. I prefer a tube.

This is really the only diaper rash product that I have used for both of my children. Neither one of my kids have ever had an issue with this product and it has helped them almost immediately after applied. It is affordable and can be found at almost any drug store or grocery store.

This product works wonders! My daughter was getting a start of a rash on her butt. Put this on for each diaper change and by the next day it was gone! Really impressed with the prosuct. When putting it on use very small amounts as it spreads out pretty well.

This is the only diaper cream I will ever use on my baby. It is very thick but very creamy and easily spreadable. It also soothes and heals any irritation after just one use. I have tried other brands, but I haven't found one that works as well or that doesn't increase the irritation of my baby's sensitive skin.

Maximum strength desitin is the only diaper rash cream that worked for my boys. It clears up diaper rashes over night. If you have a baby or are expecting, I highly recommend getting this brand and keeping it handy. It's not fun at 3am when your babt develops a rash and you have nothing to put on it.
