Use this on my son’s servers diaper rashes. It helps some, although family used another kind too.

This paste stays on baby great between diaper changes, which helps it be effective for their rash. It is hard to wipe off, but it works!

Anytime my sons bottom starts to get slightly red I immediately use desitin. It’s thick and really helps with skin irritation.

It works great and removes diaper rash fast. Rarely have to use it for more than a few changes for diaper rash to be completely gone.
