It does what it needs to do. It’s not a quick heal, but it’s going to keep the bottom protected. Very thick stuff.

I use this when my baby have a rash and is very red... it is effective but you need to be patience... is hard to take off@your fingers so be aware

The maximum strength Desitin is the best it’s the one that I prefer to use on a broken out bottoms it seems to help cure it a little faster

This cream has always worked really well after their is already a lot of redness. Both of my kids have used this cream for there rashes.
