Desitin Max Strength Diaper Paste is highly effective against diaper rash with its strong zinc oxide protection. However, its maximum strength formula can feel a bit sticky. It's a good choice for severe rash cases.

My daughter gets diaper rashes alllllllll the time unfortunately and this is my go to cream. I’ve tried so many different ones and this has been the best for her. It clears up her rashes very quickly. I keep this stocked at home and at daycare.

So far I haven’t had any issues with this product. I use it on my son at night mostly as a preventative. I apply it on his last night diaper change before I put him down for the night and it works great no rashes so far.

Definitely had to use the maximum strength, it has 40% zinc oxide which gives my baby's bottom the maximum protection. It was great because is not too sticky and is easy to remove from skin without being too harsh like others that are too pasty

Always worked every time used it on rashes and sometimes just to prevent and it was the best one we found worked in just a couple hours and had immediately relieved his discomfort

Desitin maximum strength is great for healing diaper rashes fast. In my opinion, this is the best! I will forever recommend desitin for all diaper rashes!

I love this stuff! My son has gotten diaper rash a couple of times and I feel like this worked way quicker than other brands I’ve used. It doesn’t have a weird smell either which I like. I’m definitely buying again!

Honestly, the best thing to keep diaper rash at bay! I tried “butt paste” and it was ok at preventing but once she actually had diaper rash it definitely didn’t seem to treat. Alternating Desitin with Aquaphor Baby does the trick every time.
