If either baby had a rash I used this once and it started to help very quickly. Then I’d follow with the regular daily until the rash was gone. Never have used any other ointment for treatment. Very satisfied

This is literally the best cream you can use for diaper rash. My baby had a diaper rash for a couple of days that wouldn’t clear up with anything else. When her dad grabbed some Desitin it cleared right up.

This is the fastest working ointment I have used on my daughter. The few times she has gotten a rash I have used this and by her next diaper change there is a noticable improvement

Ive tried this baby rash cream with my daughter since she was born. Never had any issues or breakouts with it. Honestly helped me thru the rough newborn age with all the runny poop! I would recoment 100% and definitely use with my unborn baby again!

I highly recommend this product. It works fast on baby’s diaper rash and it is extremely affordable. It works well in comparison to some of my other favorite products.

My go to product when my little one is sore from a diaper rash. This product coats nice but washes well from my hands! Smell is very mild compared to other products I've used before.

We have tried SO MANY diaper rash creams. The purple desitin is hands down the only thing that will clear my sensitive kids bottoms right up from bad bouts of diaper rash. Will always include this in baby shower gifts!

This did the job to help treat and prevent diaper rash! Our rashes usually went away in a day or two! Easy to put on and was thick enough to act as a barrier but not irritate the skin more!

My holy grail baby butt product! I swear nothing works as great as Desitin. Over the course of two kids with skin issues, I've tried several different diaper rash ointments and creams and NOTHING even comes close to Desitin! 

This stuff gets the job done. One in the diaper bag, and one on our changing table. Thick and spreads easy. Provides a great moisture barrier as wells
