Great stuff! We usually use another brand that is yellow but it got to where it wasn't working. So we decided to get this and it cleared up his diaper rash in no time. Will be sticking with this for now on.

Our pediatrician and hospital both use the desitin. We used it when his bum was getting a little red and by the next diaper change he was no longer red. It has a lite fragrance that smells like green tea.

This cream blew me out of the water. It helped my son feel better and look better quicker than I expected. It's a thicker consistency, so it stays longer & protects better. It's affordable and I would recommend.

Works great but some of the ingridents I don’t like but I still use so other than that there’s no reason not really to get it but I like the maximum strength more!

We don't use it too often but we bought the big tub of this as it lasts longer. Works really well for us, but I'll be looking for an alternative next time.

My baby stays happy with Destin and the effectiveness of the zinc oxide in the purple packaging to get the great value on diaper rash cream! It is unscented and the texture is thick so it does cover the bottom!

Whenever I see my little one starting to get a rash I apply this cream and by his next bath it’s gone. Seems to cool and smooth pretty quickly since it usually stops him from grabbing at the area!
