When using this product with a new baby he never had a diaper rash. It was not runny or messy. Would stick to the skin and be a good barrier of protection.

I have always loved Desitin. It does the job the first time. It does the job the second and third time our babies need a little protection from a rash or even to prevent it.

Ive jsed to prevent and to also heal diaper rashes and it works amazing. Rash is usually gone 1-2 days later. Doesn't have a strong odor and doesn't burn babies skin.

Great stuff! This covered my baby's bottom and protected it against further irritation. It didn't burn and lasted quite a while on his bottom. Very effective!

Always our go-to when a diaper rash rears it’s ugly head. We liked to apply at bedtime, and by morning it would be cleared up. Not the cleanest application ever, but worth the mess!

We didn't use this one on our baby and chose another brand at the beginning and the baby still kept developing rashes. Once we started to use this one, things changed and it started to heal quickly. I'd recommend this one.
