It works so fast in diaper rash it’s not even funny. It’s definitely worth it. I thought it was pricey but so worth it. It doesn’t cause any irritation to already irritated skin.

I swear by desitin maximum relief. I have used on all of my children and really helps them. It seems to have a good calming agent in it. I would recommend this to every parent out there.

This diaper product is extremely good, I have used it too much with my two babies and it takes away the diaper and any irritation they have very quickly, I really love it and I recommend it, its price is very good and its packaging is striking.

Love this product. I've tried so many different diaper rash creams that never worked and helped his rash and this product cleared it immediately. Definitely would recommend this product.

We've been using Desitin since we were introduced to it by our childhood nurse three and a half years ago. It's the only thing that works on nappy rash - we pop it on at the first sign and it's gone within a day or two. 

The original of this cream is the best! I hope they never change there formula. A little goes a long way and even when they do pee the cream stays on there like a barrier to help them heal quicker and better!

Although a strong smell this works almost instantly! My oldest daughter still get rashes from her pull up and I can put this on her at night and come the next morning her rash is pretty much cleared up . Definitely recommend

Really will recommend this this helps my son from his rashes real quick I just apply it once or  twice. it really does its job. My mom likes to my mom put it on my baby when he's have a rash. 

Maybe it’s just my kids and I’ve tried to take the natural route! But this stuff works wonders! At the first sign of a rash this stuff gets put on and but the next morning it’s gone!

This stuff was always in my diaper bag for the first years. My children have incredibly sensitive skin and systems so when something got in them that they reacted to badly this was always what I grabbed to soothe and heal their poor skin quickly.
