Quickly clears up baby diaper rash even at it worse very quickly. Normally only have to use for about one day after first signs of a rash and it is gone straight away. 

I've tried a few butt creams but this one is the best. It's messy and if you get it on something, good luck getting it out but as a butt cream there's nothing better.
