I love this stuff! My son LOSES his mind and the smallest drop of pee in his diaper. Ever since I started using this regularly he seems to be happier and can actually tolerate a wet diaper for a little until I can change it!

This really works on extreme diaper rash. Yes there are cleaner more natural brands of cream out there, but when you need a quick fix this purple Desitin is the only thing that works (on my little ones bums that is).

I have used Desitin for all 4 of my kids. The maximum strength is my favorite. It works quickly and doesn’t seem to burn. Would recommend to all moms!

This stuff works well! I’ve noticed that if I notice a rash coming on I can put this on and it eliminates it completely from happening. It also is soothing and baby seems so much happier after it’s been applied.

I use this every night before bed since my daughter sleeps roughly 8 hours straight. It definitely helps to prevent rashes, or if she has a rash I will use this and it will be gone within a couple of hours

It did it's job for the most part. My daughter has extremely sensitive skin so she gets diaper rash easily. It did make it not as bad so perhaps in other situations it would work great.

Desitin has been and always will be my go to diaper cream. It is effective for minor to more severe diaper rashes. When applied I notice a difference by the next diaper change. It is affordable and works great!

This diaper cream is a must have at all times. I use this often for my baby. Whether he has a diaper rash or he was going poop at night I would apply a thin layer to add protection to his skin. Wakes up a happy baby!
