Literally the only diaper cream that works for my daughters. Will clear up a rash within hours. Decently priced and easy packaging. Smell is decent not terrible not the worst smelling cream I've ever smelled

Thank the lord for #Desitin! Anytime my daughter shows signs of a rash we put #desitin on the area and it’s usually gone by the next day. It’s truly magical stuff for rashes. I highly recommend it to anyone with kids in diapers

This works almost as good as Dr Smiths.It does contain zinc oxide which gets rid of the rash within hours.It goes in nice and thick to keep protection on the skin.

Favorite diaper cream for my kids really bad diaper rash. seems to help heal quicker than other brands - it check expiration dates and throw out if past - can burn baby's bottom with a rash if expired.

Everyone that has a baby knows you need your go to diaper cream that you can use everyday without hurting your baby’s bottom. This is it. The zinc is strong but doesn’t cause irritation. Small enough to travel with.

I tried every brand to much avail. My son’s pediatrician strongly recommended good ole maximum strength Desitin. I prefer to use more products with natural ingredients, but this works.

Seriously cannot day enough good things about Desitin Max. We use disposable diapers and this cream has stayed on and helped clear some really bad rashes. It’s a must have for parents.

Five starts for this! Whenever my kids are even slightly red or start to have a rash I put this on and it disappears. I pile it ok when they have an awful rash. I recommend this to other parents who need a solution for diaper rashes.

This work excellent it does the job and it does it fast. It’s very thick you have to make sure it rubbed in good my children doctor had introduced me to this cream and every since then I’ve been using it.

This is hands down the best rash cream to get ride of dipar rash my son is almost 4 and i still use this on him sometimes works like a charm. Now i also use it on my newborn
