If you want the rash gone within a couple of hours I would definitely buy this! Works every time! And I only have to use it once MAYBE twice if it’s super bad

I like this stuff when my baby is having a terrible terrible rash. Does it work right away? No but it helps so much! Very reliving and helps reduce rash very quickly. This is #1 for bad rashes! After rash calms down I like to switch to aquaphor.

Great use for those extreme cases of diaper rash. It works fast and relives instantly. When my baby gets those bad cases this brand is the only one that works. It helps his little tush and he is so much happier.

This product worked really well for treating the especially stubborn diaper rash for my daughter. It had a stronger active ingredient than the regular desitin cream. It would knock out a diaper rash in a couple of days.

This works well - it is hard to get the paste off later due to it being thick. I would recommend this to a friend, however, it’s not my go to when my little one has a diaper rash.

I love Desitin! I have used it for years. The only issue I have is that its super sticky- but duh. I usually use a butt paste applicator or latex gloves. 

Super thick formula , great ointment. Helps with diaper rashes , it stays on for a long time. It works wonders on my baby's diaper rash and chaffing.

I use this product for my son whenever we need that extra barrier for his bottom, as he has very sensitive skin. I’ve always used It for other purpose such as a skin barrier, which has been great too!
