In the beginning, this was all we used. This was the only thing that would help my bub’s bum. I would recommend this to anyone. It works great and is affordable! I buy often!

I bought this after my first child and have always had this in my bathroom since. Whenever we get a diaper rash.. on goes the desitin! It always works and would recommend it to any parent just starting out to always have it on hand

Love this product use it after every diaper change to prevent or to cure skin rash. It's expensive but worth it. Wish it was a couple dollars cheaper. Definitely meets my expectations.

Desitin has always worked very well when my babies were still wearing diapers. It's thick consistency ensures that it provides a good barrier between their skin and wet diapers. 

I use only as needed. My baby has sensitive skin and whenever I noticed a rash I would apply this paste. It heals her fast. I’m just not a great fan of the smell.

Good quick diaper rash cream. Doesn’t leave baby’s skin dry or irritated. It does a great job even on my older kids if they have any irritation with potty training.

Works wonders on diaper rash! Reduces redness, calms the rash, and soothes any diaper rash related pain. I do enjoy the big container better than the tube, but both work the same and I am not a picky gal! 100% satisfaction here!

Desitin maximum strength original zinc oxide paste is my go to diaper cream for a hot beach day! This product goes on thick and really works to keep my baby’s bottom dry and protected even while in a bathing suit. Definitely recommend it!

I love desitin my son never had many diaper rashes but when he did have them it worked miracles it definitely met my expectations I’ve used different products but don’t like the oiliness of other products.
