Excellent anti-redness cream for diapers. We have been using it since birth. Copes with the task in a day. The only negative is that it is poorly absorbed and difficult to wash off.

Absolutely love this baby item, we buy so much of it. My son poops a lot and ends up getting a few rashes on and off so we buy this and it works great.

This product takes a very long time to work if babe already has a diaper rash. Might be better at preventing? This product took a week to get rid of something aquaphor could take care of over night.

I find this to be very effective. It can be sticky on your fingers and difficult to apply, especially if the rash is quite raw, but give it a few hours and the rash is gone.
