Whether or not the rash is bad isn’t a concern as long as I have desitin! I thank God my daughter is potty trained now, she was frequently prone to rashes and Desitin was the only product to quickly help

This was the first rash cream I ever used on my daughter since she was a newborn. I still use it now that she's almost three. It works great. Would reccomend.

Desitin is a classic diaper cream that has been around forever. It works snd goes on easily and evenly. The maximum strength is great for stubborn rashes

Pro - really works well and honestly I like the smell. Cons - uses artificial fragrances, lots of filler ingredients The pros outweigh the cons in this case but it’s not my first choice
