This maximum strength Desitin is my go to diaper rash cream…I have 4 children, and have tried many other creams without success. This is also effective for younger children that can sometimes get a rash due to various reasons.

Desitin does a good job at soothing sore bums! It protects and helps heal the diaper rash. It works better than other brands due to the concentration of the zinc oxide. Affordable enough.
