This stuff is amazing! My son and daughter never really got rashes but when they did we used this or the original but this cream really worked double time! And there never was a rash that could outlast it.

Destin is the brand to beat out all other brands. This one works the best while it is still affordable. I know it’s going to clear up any diaper rash no matter how bad very quickly. A day or less. I use this before the poor too for their bums!

BEST diaper rash cream for preventing diaper rash. Thick, goes on smooth and keeps out wetness. This is my go to cream for everyday use. Affordable and works much better than pricey brands.

This diaper cream is great and thick. It can tackle almost any diaper rash. I am not a huge fan of the smell of zinc oxide but if it works than it works.

Best product on the market for diaper rashes. Tried many others and this is the only thing that helped reduce the rashes. Only problem is it has a strong order but I personally don’t mind it. Definitely recommend it!

I absolutely love this diaper rash cream!  I used the normal Desitin (in a blue package I believe) and it just didn't work like the maximum strength does.  I won't use any thing else!
