I have three children and have only ever used desitin extreme strength on them and I have always seen excellent results! Works very well and quickly! And very easy to apply. Cost effective!

YES!!!! this stuff has saved my sons booty SO many times, and I also credit this (and regular diaper changes) with him never having a sever diaper rash. As soon as I see some irritation, i apply this, and by the next day hes good to go!

This paste works good for moderate diaper rash not severe. It is thick and tacky. No scent. Easy to squeeze tube and cost effective. Overall good daily preventative

Absolutely must have for a new born! It resolves the skin rush overnight. We still occasionally use it for some skin scratches and irritations. Love it love it love IT!

The maximum strength does help with rashes. I like how thick it is to actually great a barrier. I just wouldn’t let it get on clothes it had stained a few of my babies clothes but it does work well

Best product I've used so far on my child when he gets diaper rash. It works quickly and is affordable. It doesn't take much product so apply sparingly.

I have a tube of this in every bedroom and in every bag I use for my kids. Everyone in my house uses this from time to time. This is more expensive than the generics alternatives but the formula and the staying power is worth the price.

I really like this diaper rash cream but I prefer triple paste for something more serious. Destin works almost as good but is wayyy cheaper than triple paste. If you are looking for something more affordable this is it!
