WORKS LIKE A CHARM. My daughter would get diaper rashes to the point of blisters & a little bit of this had it more than halfway cleared up over night! 10/10!

Can I give 10 stars?! This is heaven in a tube! Works great and really stays on the skin! Improvement would be to include a glove haha this product has exceeded my expectations!

I buy this in bulk because Desitin is a trusted name in my experience. It works great- my babe has been using diapers for over 9 months and no diaper rash- knock on wood. I dislike the smell, but understand if its scented it can cause irritation.

My little girl is sensitive when she has rashes , so I use this rash cream to remove the rash and it works wonders. I used to use baby powder but it just made it worse so I moved into this and I been using it for almost two years for her.

Omg! Omg! Omg! The best! You can put it on a diaper rash and itll be gone by the next diaper change! I have 2 tubes right now as you dont need much! I recommend it to all my friends! Best of the best! Couldnt go without it!

We have always used this product since I was a baby. The goodness of the brand and the way it works gets past down from generation. Love this truly works on my child.

This helped almost instantly but you have to put an insane amount to really get the job done. I like the tube and how creamy the product is so it isn't as messy as others.

I dont give 5 stars often but this has been tried and true over the years. I've used this as my go to for my children or any of the children in my care in need of diaper rash ointment.

This is the best butt cream around! I let all of my friends and family know to use this when they are struggling with a diaper rash with their little ones.

I’ve used this on my 1st baby and it was great! Using on my little one now and is terrible.... the texture changed. The cream is watery not thick anymore... does not work. Will find a replacement. Sorry
