Love!! This really does the trick! My sons butt could be as red as a tomato. The second I paint this on, you can tell he has instant relief. The redness and rash is gone by morning.

Have not been able to find the Desitin Maximum Strenght, purple color 16oz jar anywhere. No body has it, not even amazon or ebay. Please bring it back or sell me some directly from your factory!

I love Desitin! I have used it for years. The only issue I have is that its super sticky- but duh. I usually use a butt paste applicator or latex gloves. 

This is a miracle worker in my child's case. Normally after applying it once her rash will be noticably better and after that second application it's gone. I love this product and you should definitely feel good about this purchase in my opinion.

(Use gloves when applying!) With just 1 application between 2 or 3 diaper changes, it works to protect a baby's diaper area from moisture. Adults use as well.

Better than aquaphor for those bad red and sore diaper rashes. Yes it’s a bit harder to clean and much thicker but the zinc oxide that is not available in aquaphor seriously makes this product the best of all time. Currently using for diaper rash.

My preemie got a terrible rash from both of the name brands who sell preemie diapers in stores. This cleared it right up and helped prevent it. We still use it once in awhile if she gets a random rash. Would definitely recommend!

My all time favorite baby butt rash cream!!! It works overnight for us! Any signs of a red bottom— desitin to the rescue! I haven’t found anything that works better for diaper rashes!

This is one of the best diaper creams I’ve ever used on my son. Once I put it on, the next time I open his diaper his bum is already not red. It’s also very gentle on his skin. Love this product. Its great!
