This stuff works amazingly for bad diaper rash. It’s not super greasy and gives a good protective barrier! We use this whenever our other brands aren’t cutting it and it always solves the rash quickly!

Great product! My son had a rash on the inside of his thigh, due to a new kind of diaper, we used Desitin Maximum Strength and it was cleared up within a few hours! Has a great clean smell, and is very affordable.
