Desitin is such an awesome diaper rash cream. If you want the rash gone get this desitin maximum strength cream. It has done wonders for my little girls bum. It immediately relieves the pain and helps heal the rash too.

My absolute go to product for a diaper rash. The paste is so thick and really packs well onto skin. Very affordable and super easy to clean off skin in order to re apply more. Love love love this product

I’ve used a few different kinds of Desitin pastes and they all seem to be just as good in my opinion. I haven’t found a paste that doesn’t work well for my son but for my sister her baby’s butt rashes only go away with desitin.

Good bang for your buck. I prefer the maximum strength because it kicks the rashes butt in no time. It also is very affordable and available almost everywhere. I have the smaller size in my diaper bag and the bigger on my home.
